Incredibly beautiful and gorgeous hotel, useful base for 1 night in Hamilton. The rooms with queen beds. Central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen television — very useful. Extra care from the welcoming staff. Great experience there.

The spacious and gorgeous room I stayed in exceeded my expectations. The prompt room service, delicious food, and the beautiful colonial-style bars added to the overall fantastic experience. Located in the heart of town, with free parking, this hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Upstate New York. I highly recommend Colgate Inn for a memorable stay.

Upscale and fantastic accommodation with AMAZING setting just off charming restaurant, all the shops and the local bookstore. Neat rooms with the bar and the queen bed, as for instance, always really good and accommodating staff. Excellent food in the rustic restaurant. Such great stay, as always.

Lovely hotel convenient to Colgate University

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel near Colgate University. From the moment I walked into the beautifully appointed lobby, I felt welcomed and pampered. The complimentary champagne and homemade apple fritters were a delightful touch. The amenities in the room, including the bottles of water, were greatly appreciated.

While the room was beautiful, I must admit that it was a bit small for my family of four. However, this was a minor drawback compared to the overall fantastic experience I had at this hotel.

stayed in hamilton before and loved it, but this time colgate inn was even better! easy check-in, great room, and awesome location. walking distance to everything. loved the balcony view and morning workout on the deck. exceeded expectations!

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, and great location near attractions and dining options. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a variety of options including coffee and juice. Only suggestion would be to offer more healthy choices like fruit or yogurt. a pleasant stay.

Lack of attention to cleanliness.

I recently stayed at a charming vintage building in a cozy town. The atmosphere was old-world and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was beautiful, with a huge bath tub and a comfy bed. Room service was fantastic, and the toll house cookie pie sundae was a delightful treat. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness, the staff was apologetic and tried their best to rectify the situation. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
